Handle compressed and any standard encoded v2.x frames. Code page other than system default may be specified to alter subsequent Unicode transformations. Options to read with colors, outlines and subtotals. Native support for both new ribbon user interface and older menus and toolbars. Help and template files included. Smart transcoding between ID3 v2.3 and v2.4 tags.
